Minority/Woman /Small Business Enterprises

The Governing Board of the Solid Waste Authority has established a goal of 15% minority and small business participation in SWA business.  This voluntary program strives to achieve the goal through everyone's good faith efforts.  The SWA does not have a certification but accepts certifications issued by any governmental entity.
