BUSINESS WASTE

Condo associations, apartment complexes, schools, churches, governments, or any non-household entity is considered a business by the SWA and may be subject to regulations concerning the disposal of hazardous wastes.

Businesses with small amounts of waste and that meet certain conditions are referred to as "conditionally exempt small quantity generators" or CESQG's, and may be eligible for our small business disposal program. Disposal fees are based on the type and quantity of materials. Registration is required prior to delivery and appointments are usually necessary.
