Resource Recovery Facility The NCRRF is a refuse-derived fuel waste-to-energy facility.  It processes over 850,000 tons per year of solid waste into refuse-derived fuel.  This fuel is burned to produce electricity that is sold to Florida Power and Light.  Click here for more information.
