The Board of County Commissioners of Palm Beach County
also serves as the Governing Board of the Solid Waste Authority.
Regular meetings are held in February, April, June, August, October and December at 9:00 A.M.
in the SWA Auditorium in the Administration Building located at 7501 N.
Jog Road in West Palm Beach, FL. The public is welcome to attend.

1) To discuss general business of the Authority, and 2) conduct a public hearing to receive public comment, adopt a budget, set tipping fee rates, and set assessment rates for Disposal and Collection of solid waste for fiscal year 2013/2014. |

PLEASE TAKE NOTICE AND BE ADVISED that if a person desires to appeal any decision made by the Solid Waste Authority of Palm Beach County with respect to any matter considered at subject meeting, (s)he will need a record of the proceedings and, for such purpose, will need to ensure that a verbatim record of the proceedings is made, which record includes the testimony and evidence upon which the appeal is to be based (F.S. 286.0105).
