The Palm Beach County Board of County
Commissioners Serves as the Board of the Solid Waste Authority.
The Board meets in February, June, August and November at 9:00 am in the SWA Auditorium located at 7501

The CAC is made up of eleven appointed
members and serves as an advisory committee to the SWA Governing Board.
Meetings are held in February, June, August and November at 1:30 pm in the SWA Auditorium located
at 7501 N. Jog Road, West Palm Beach, FL. The public is invited to
attend. |

This Act, known as the Palm Beach County
Solid Waste Act, codifying the Authority's Charter, Chapter 75-473, as
amended, establishes the Solid Waste Authority as the countywide
authority for the management of solid waste to meet the expanding
problems related to the processing and disposal of solid waste within
Palm Beach County. |

and organization of the Solid Waste Authority; the agenda and the
scheduling of meetings and workshops; and the meetings of the Solid
Waste Authority. |
