The Solid Waste Authority of Palm Beach County is the governmental agency responsible for providing an economical and environmentally conscious Integrated Solid Waste Management System for Palm Beach County.The SWA's success in meeting the needs of our community is dependent on the people we employ. Compensation
The SWA's compensation plan is targeted to attract and retain qualified individuals. Our salaries are competitive with other agencies, as well as companies, with similar or related jobs. Our intent is to offer competitive salaries that reflect the skills and experience that an individual brings to us.Benefits
