Facility Use Application Procedures & Requirements
  1. A representative of the group requesting a use permit must meet with the Risk Manager or his/her designee prior to any approval for the use of the facility.
  2. An application for permit (PDF) to use the facility must be completed and signed by the group contact person.
  3. If the request is approved, the use permit will be signed by the Risk Manager or his/her designee and a copy will be provided to the group.
  4. A representative of the group will be required to meet with the Risk Manager or his/her designee 10 days prior to the event to review policies and finalize plans.
