Solid Waste Authority revenue will depend on the tipping fee we can charge and how much money we can make selling the energy generated and the metals recovered from using supplemental waste. We estimate that there could be an economic boost to the county of up to $45 million until the need to use supplemental waste is no longer needed, which is estimated to be 2022.
