Small Business Advisory Committee

The Small Business Advisory Committee (SBAC) is an 11-member citizens' committee made up of representatives of trade groups and members of the general business community, appointed by the SWA Governing Board.

The SBAC serves to:
  1. Assist the EBO Program in reviewing the administration of programs and policies that promote S/M/WBE participation in Authority prime and subcontract opportunities; 
  2. Coordinate activities and actions with the EBO Office; and 
  3. Makes recommendations to the EBO Office concerning modifications of the program, policy and procedures established pursuant to the Policy.
