The Solid Waste Authority of Palm Beach County (“Authority”) requests interested parties to submit STATEMENTS OF QUALIFICATIONS (SOQs) for the purpose of selecting a qualified and licensed firm to provide Consulting Engineering Services for the Continued Operations and Management of the Biosolids Processing Facility for the Solid Waste Authority of Palm Beach County (“AUTHORITY”), RFQ NO.: 23-607.

A NON-MANDATORY PRE-PROPOSAL CONFERENCE will be held on THURSDAY, JUNE 1, 2023, AT 1:30 PM local EST at 7501 North Jog Road, West Palm Beach, Florida, 33412, open to all interested parties, at which time Authority Staff will be present to answer questions and explain the intent of the RFQ. ATTENDANCE IS STRONGLY ENCOURAGED.
