The Solid Waste Authority of Palm Beach County (“Authority”) requests interested parties to submit STATEMENTS OF QUALIFICATIONS (SOQs) for the purpose of selecting a qualified and licensed firm to provide Professional Hydrogeological Consulting and Engineering Services for Deep Injection Well System for the Solid Waste Authority of Palm Beach County (“AUTHORITY”), RFQ NO.: 23-603. The evaluation process shall be in accordance with Florida Statutes 287.055, Consultants’ Competitive Negotiations Act (CCNA).  The RESPONDENT shall be able to demonstrate the capability to provide professional hydrogeological consulting services pertaining to environmental regulations, permitting, planning, testing, monitoring, reporting, design, engineering, construction phase project management, and other geological services as related to the scope of work.

A NON-MANDATORY PRE-PROPOSAL CONFERENCE will be held on Wednesday, May 31, 2023, AT 10:00 AM local EST at 7501 North Jog Road, West Palm Beach, Florida, 33412, open to all interested parties, at which time Authority Staff will be present to answer questions and explain the intent of the RFQ. ATTENDANCE IS STRONGLY ENCOURAGED.
