Residents in unincorporated Palm Beach County, here are answers to a few of the main questions we've received about the new garbage carts.
- Please place all of your garbage inside your cart for collection. If anything is placed outside of the cart, it won't be picked up.
- If you have not yet received a cart, please place your garbage out as your normally would until you receive your new cart. Please contact SWA Customer Service at carts@swa.org and we will ensure that one is delivered as soon as possible.
- If you would like an additional 96 gallon cart, there will be a onetime $65 fee. To request an additional 96 gallon cart, please email carts@swa.org with your name, address and phone number, and an SWA Customer Service team member will notify your service provider to set you up with your additional 96-gallon cart.
Due to an overwhelming amount of calls and a strict policy of no cart exchanges for 90 days, we are not able to accept any cart calls at this time.
